Arm Holdings plc (“Arm”) has commenced its initial public offering (IPO) roadshow for American depositary shares (ADSs) representing its regular shares. The IPO sees a total of 95.5 million ADSs on offer, courtesy of its selling shareholder, a subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp. Additionally, an over-allotment option may grant underwriters an extra 7 million ADSs within a 30-day window post-final prospectus. The anticipated IPO price per ADS ranges from $47 to $51. Arm plans to list the ADSs on the Nasdaq Global Select Market using the ticker “ARM”.
